How to Specify e-transfer or Cheque during registration
When you register your child, you will have 3 choices of payment at Checkout:
- Pay in full (by credit card)
- 3 payments, monthly (by credit card)
- More payment options (called "cash", but only cheque, or e-transfer accepted)
If you choose one of the credit card options, you will also be charged a fixed percentage of the dollar amount each time (about 3%) that Stripe charges the association. Choosing multiple payments results in essentially the same overall total amount of charges. It is a percentage, not a fixed fee.
If you want to avoid these credit card fees, you can instead pay-in-full by cheque or e-transfer.
To do this, choose "More payment options":
Then, on the pop-up, choose "Continue to pay via cash" (even though we only accept cheques or e-transfers):
The "Pay cash" option will now appear and be selected:
When you continue, your Order Confirmation will show "Waiting for Cash" as your Payment Method.
1) If you are expecting funding assistance (say, with KidSport), please contact both Treasurer@VictoriaMinorHockey.ca *and* Registrar@VictoriaMinorHockey.ca to complete payment.
2) If you are paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to "Victoria Minor Hockey Association". You can either drop an envelope in the Treasurer's mailbox at Pearkes Recreation Centre, or mail your cheque to:

Make sure you write the name(s) of your players on your cheque.
2) To pay by e-transfer, please send your e-transfer to BookKeeper@VictoriaMinorHockey.ca and ensure you include your participant name(s) in the memo. After you've sent the e-transfer, please also send an email to Registrar@VictoriaMinorHockey.ca to advise.
3) All fees must be paid in full by August 1 of the current year. Players who have outstandiing fees at that time cannot participate in assessments nor be rostered to a team until all fees are paid in full.
