Agenda and Supplementary Materials for AGM, Thursday May 22, 2025 @ 7pm at Naden Wardroom

VMHA’s  2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday May 22, 2025 @ 7pm (doors open at 6:30)

It will be held in the Naden Wardroom, located at 1586 Esquimalt Rd on CFB Esquimalt.  It is in the first room on the left as you enter the main entrance.

**One lucky member in attendance will receive their 2025 Registration Fees for FREE**

Please review the following attachments before the meeting:

• Agenda
• Minutes from last year’s AGM
• Financial statements
• 3 Special Resolutions outlining proposed changes to the bylaws:
  • Quorum for future AGMs
  • Approval requirements for Parent T1/Dev Coaches
  • Annual auditor requirements
• Recommended slate of officers for the upcoming 2025-26 season

For each player registered in the 2024-25 season, you get one vote.  For players under the age of 19 as of the AGM date, the parent(s) vote on their behalf (once per registered player).  For players 19+, the players themselves vote.
