For those registered for Rep assessments, you should have all received communication from our Rep Governor. Assessments begin August 26. You can find the groupings on our website, www.victoriaminorhockey.ca under the schedule tab.
 
The season begins the Tuesday after Labour Day. For recreation teams, we typically begin with Bust the Rust type ice sessions as we organize team formations. Teams are formed mid September with league play beginning after Thanksgiving, with the exception of U7 and U9 teams that practice until the new year, when they can begin playing games. A set schedule is not established until the teams have formed.
 
VOLUNTEERS 
 
VMHA is a volunteer-led organization. As such, we can never have too many volunteers.
 
If you are interested in Coaching, Managing or holding a Safety position, please complete this Google Form. All team Staff must complete this form and ensure they complete all the necessary requirements.
 
VMHA is urgently in need of a Treasurer and Equipment Director. Please email vpadmin@victoriaminorhockey.ca if interested. 
 
Are you interested in being a Division Coordinator? This position will assist the recreation team formation at the start of the season, and act as a point of contact for teams (primarily team managers) and the association throughout the season, and help distribute information to the division. Volunteers cannot have a player in the division (age group) that they coordinate. We particularly need a U15 Rec division coordinator.
